Level 1 Reformer:
This class focuses on foundational principles of Pilates. It is appropriate for all participants in search of learning how to control the body through full ranges of motion and in all planes. This will be a whole body workout, starting with a warm-up and progressing through strength exercises, and ending with release work. You will feel re-vitalized at the end of this 55-min class
Mixed Level Reformer:
This 55-min class consists of a variety of strength-based exercises using both the Reformer and the Tower. Since we have only 3 reformers, each participant will be catered to; meaning that each exercise will be tailored to your level of fitness and intention. All are welcome.
Level 2 Reformer:
Ready to ramp up your Pilates workout? This class will flow and keep your body pumping. We will focus on intermediate level exercises on the Reformer/Tower and progressing from there appropriately. Level 2 requires previous reformer experience. Participants are expected to be independent in managing the springs and equipment changes.
