Effective Strategies for Home Exercise Programming: from Reformer to Home/Gym

March 12, 2026, 5-8pm (CST) $175

Description:  Discover the effective utilization of bands, rollers, sliders, and balls as tools for emulating reformer exercises. Empower your clients with the necessary tools to independently engage in strengthening and coordination exercises multiple times per week at home.

This workshop is for Pilates Instructors and Movement Professionals working with clients on the Reformer. It will be taught virtually, however for MN participants you are welcome to take it in person (7250 Metro Blvd,  Edina 55439). The workshop will be recorded and participants will have access to the recording for 2 months. Rhondi is teaching this for her sister studio in Golden Colorado, Connect Physical Therapy -Pilates-Performance.

Balanced Body® CoreAlign 1: Foundations

May 2, 3, 2026:  9 am-6 pm -- $599 (early bird $549)

Location: Movement Potential/Guided Health, 7250 Metro Blvd. Edina, MN 55439

The course includes CoreAlign method theory and 60+ foundation exercises to build functional movement skills. Areas of focus are trunk integration, upper body strength and balance, lower body strength, power, gait and dynamic flexibility. Progressions and regressions for all ability levels. Specific modifications and precautions for special populations. Equipment set up, maintenance and safety.

Use of Props on the Reformer

June 11, 2026, 6-7:30pm (CST) $99

Pilates ring, ball, roller, spine fitter and arc can be used to awaken deeper connections and increase challenge to your clients during familiar reformer exercises. Props not only deepen the work, they are also fun and engaging for your clients.

 This will be taught virtually, however MN participants are welcome to take it in person. The workshop will be recorded and participants will have access to the recording for 2 months.
